Press out the drive shaft on the right side of the gearbox with a pry bar.
Attention: After removing the drive shafts, oil will flow out. Therefore, immediately close the hole with stoppers (included in the kit).
Immediately hang the drive shafts on the wire, preventing them from bending.
Attention: In some cases, the drive shaft cannot be easily removed from the gearbox housing. In this case, it must be knocked out with a flat chisel, which is inserted between the end of the shaft and the bevel final drive. First unscrew the differential cover, while collecting oil.
Remove the gearbox input shaft.
Hang the engine with a standard hoist.
Unscrew the engine support bracket at the rear left of the gearbox housing and from the damping block.
Unscrew the engine support bracket from the left front of the gearbox housing and from the damping block.
On vehicles with a double downpipe, unscrew the muffler bracket or gearbox housing.
Unscrew the gearbox from the engine and the cover from the crankcase and remove them.
Caution: Do not place the machine on the shift fork pivot, clutch lever, air outlet bolt, reversing light switch or speedometer drive.
