Examination
Remove the air filter.
The throttle valve should be in the idle position. The starting air valve is fully open.
Check the injection stream. To do this, fully open the throttle valve and evaluate the stream. It should be uniform throughout the entire movement of the valve. If the stream is not uniform, clean the accelerator pump or blow it out.
A poor jet can also be caused by swelling of the pump piston cuff. In this case, install the blue piston cuff ET-830401.
Adjustment
Use a screwdriver to push the pump plunger all the way in.
Measure the distance -A-. Data see paragraph 4.48.
If necessary, bend the pusher lever.
