The level should be checked or adjusted if there is high fuel consumption or insufficient engine power.

Examination



Remove the air filter.

Remove the carburetor cover.

Remove the seal, filling part, float with needle.

The clamp with the needle must be correctly suspended on the arch.

The gap A between the clamp and the blown part should be 0.1-0.3 mm. It is adjusted by bending.

Install the float with the needle and float axis into the float chamber.

Press lightly on the arc of the float, picture above.

Attention! The float axis must not protrude.


Measure the distance between the body plane and the float. The specified value is 7.5-8.5 mm.

Adjustable by bending the protrusions (arrows).



Install the carburetor cover.

Install filter.
