The lid has a hole for air. The battery should not be tilted more than 45° to avoid electrolyte spillage.
The same chargers are used for charging, as well as fast chargers.
A very cold battery is not suitable for charging. The temperature should be +10-30°C.
The battery can be charged with a current of 3-50 A.
When disconnecting and connecting, ensure that there is no spark; to do this, disconnect all consumers.
Shake the battery slightly before charging.
Charge only those batteries whose color indicator remains dark after shaking.
If the battery heats up above 50°C and there is strong gas emission, stop charging or reduce the charging current.
The battery is sufficiently charged when the built-in hydrometer shows green. No need to charge it any longer.
Clean the battery terminals and lubricate with petroleum jelly.
During charging, shake the battery every hour to ensure the electrolyte is well mixed.
A - green dot in the center of the hydrometer. The ball is located directly in front of the window. This means that the battery is charged more than 65%.
B - dark center. The ball is not in front of the window. The charge is less than 65%.
C - light or light yellow center. The electrolyte level is below the required level. If starting is difficult, replace the battery.
The favorable storage temperature is 0° to +27°C. At this temperature, the battery itself discharges the least.
A special temperature-compensated hydrometer allows you to quickly determine the battery condition during testing or before charging.
