The load-dependent brake force regulator is attached to the vehicle's chassis and is connected to the vehicle's rear suspension via a spring.
The car must be on the ground.
Press the brake pedal hard and release it quickly. The brake force regulator lever should move.
The brake force regulator pressure test is performed using a test device that determines the hydraulic pressure in the hoses. The brake force regulator pressure test and adjustment are performed by specialized OPEL workshops.
Installation
Press the brake force regulator lever all the way down (in the direction of movement) and so move the slightly released mounting bracket so that the tension spring fits against the plastic supports without play or tension.
