Replacing the front ventilation tube (Opel Corsa C)

Removal

Remove the front axle.

Disconnect the 2 lower fuel line brackets by unscrewing the 2 mounting bolts.



Disconnect the front vent tube from the center vent tube.

Disconnect the quick release coupling.



Disconnect the front vent tube from the activated carbon container vent tube.



Disconnect the quick release coupling.

Remove the ventilation tube by releasing it from the bracket in 6 places.

Installation

Install the ventilation tube.

Fix to bracket in 6 places.

Connect the front vent tube to the center vent tube and the activated carbon container vent tube.

Connect 2 quick release couplings.

Attach the 2 lower fuel line brackets and secure them with 2 bolts.

Install the front axle.
