Removal and installation the underhood fuse box (Corsa C) (Opel Corsa C)

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery (see Chapter 5).

2. Disconnect the wiring harnesses and ground cable from the fuse box.

3. Press the latches and release the fan and lighting relay holders, as well as the main fuse holder (see accompanying illustration). Disconnect the wiring harness from the front edge of the block.

4. Pull the relay and fuse holders out of the unit housing and set them aside with the wires connected.

5. Press the fastening bracket (see accompanying illustration) and release the expansion tank from the holder.

6. Loosen the ABS hydraulic modulator bracket mounting bolts.

7. Remove the 2 mounting bolts and remove the fuse box.

8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
