Front door
1. Open the door and place a support underneath it.
2. Disconnect the connector on the front edge of the door by removing the bracket and turning the connector sleeve (see photo).
3. Remove the door opening limiter, remove the hinge pins (the assistant holds the door) and remove the door (see photo). Rearrange all the parts (locks, handles, interior decorative panel, etc.) on a new door. If there is no side airbag, a padding is installed in place of the airbag module.
4. Install the door in reverse order.
5. The front door is not adjustable (the hinges are welded to the body pillar and the door)If the door acquires play in the vertical direction due to wear of the axles or hinges, then the holes in the hinge hinges should be drilled to a slightly larger diameter and axles of the corresponding diameter should be installed (axles can be purchased at a car service center).
6. If the door closes with difficulty, then the position of the lock retainer on the body pillar should be adjusted (see photo).
7. Disconnect the wiring connector at the front edge of the rear door by removing the bracket and turning the connector sleeve (see photo).
8. Remove the door opening limiter by unscrewing the bolt, remove the hinge pins (the assistant holds the door) and remove the door (see photo).
9. Install the door in reverse order.
10.
