Safety hook
1. The hook is attached to the hood with rivets that need to be drilled out (see photo).
Lock retainer
2. Loosen the lock nut, unscrew the retainer, remove the spring and washer. Adjust the height of the retainer when assembling (see photo) and tighten the lock nut.
