A Vectra with a manual transmission can be pushed or towed. If the engine is in good condition, this can be done with two assistants:
Turn on the ignition.
Put it in 1st gear. In higher gears the alternator turns too slowly to supply the current intensively
Press the clutch pedal and let your car push until it starts to roll.
Quickly release the clutch. The engine will turn over sharply and should start.
Immediately press the clutch pedal and step on the gas.
