1. This procedure is basically the same as shown in Chapter 30. However, on these models, the spark plug cap must be removed from the camshaft cover before the spark plugs can be removed.
2. Use caution when removing and installing the spark plug on these engines (see illustration). Cracks in the ceramic part of the spark plug can cause partial or complete misfires
3. A special tool (Opel No. KM-194-B) will reduce the risk of spark plug damage (see illustration).
4. After installing the spark plug, be sure to replace the spark plug cover.
