For the front wheels, a slightly higher wear on the edges of the tires in relation to wear in the middle is considered normal, and due to the transverse inclination of the road, the side of the tires directed towards the middle of the road may be more worn (for the left wheel - external, for the right - internal).
Uneven tire wear is most often the result of too low or too high tire pressure, and can also occur due to incorrect installation of the front wheels and their imbalance.
Maintain prescribed tire pressure by checking every 4 weeks.
Check the pressure on cold tires. Do not reduce pressure that rises as a result of tire heating while driving.
With increased tire pressure, the middle of the profile wears out faster, as this increases the curvature of its cross section.
With reduced tire pressure, the edges of the tire wear faster, as they adhere more strongly to the road surface, and the middle flexes inward.
