Camshaft sprockets
Removing
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Stop the camshaft of the sprocket being removed.
3. Unscrew the sprocket bolt and remove the sprocket.
Installation
1. Inspect the camshaft oil seal and replace if necessary.
2. If you put the sprocket on the intake camshaft, then the locating pin of the shaft must enter the hole on the sprocket marked with the mark "IN", if the asterisk is put on the exhaust camshaft, then the pin must be inserted into the hole marked with the mark "EX".
3. Slide the sprocket onto the end of the camshaft and tighten the bolt.
Crankshaft sprocket
Removing
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Stop the crankshaft.
3. Remove the sprocket bolt and remove the sprocket. You will need a new bolt during installation.
Installation
Insert the key into the shaft, put on the sprocket and tighten the bolt.
Tensioner
Removing
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the tensioner.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Intermediate pulleys
Removing
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Unscrew the fixing bolts of the pulleys and remove the pulleys. Remove pulley brackets if necessary.
Installation
Install pulley brackets and pulleys.
