The idle shut-off valve closes off the access of the combustible mixture to the mixing chamber when the ignition is turned off. If the idle shut-off valve is faulty, starting the engine is difficult.
Turn on the ignition, remove and put on the valve wiring several times. Clicks should be heard.
The valve can also be removed and checked.
Remove the valve and lean it against the ground.
Connect the positive wire to the valve.
The magnetic core should work (click). If not, replace the valve or check the wiring.
