Removal



Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

Remove the air filter, see paragraph 4.44.

Remove the air filter, see paragraph 4.44.


Remove the male from the idle speed shut-off valve.

Remove the clamps from the fuel line and disconnect the hose.

Remove the air (starting) damper. To do this, loosen the screws, remove the starting device. Remove the gas cable from the rubber clamps. Remove the fuse from the support cone bearing. Remove the cone bearing with a screwdriver.

Remove the vacuum hose.

Unscrew the screws, remove the carburetor and plug the intake manifold with a rag.

Installation



Installation


Install the carburetor with a new seal and tighten the bolts to 20 Nm

Secure the conductors and the male



Connect the starting device and adjust, see item. 4.18 and 4.22.

Secure the throttle cable to the support. Insert the fuse into the hole of the opera cone bearing, secure the cone bearing to the ball head. Install the fuse completely and install it around the ball head. Adjust the throttle cable.

Connect the ground cable to the battery.

Install the air filter, see paragraph 4.44.

Check idle speed and CO content in exhaust gases, see p. 4.11.
