1 - throttle valve; 2 - release of mixture for idle running; 3 - - adjustment ping; 4 - connecting hose; 5 - additional fuel jet; 6 - lifting tube; 7 - additional mixture jet; 3 - additional air channel
The carburetor has a re-mixing system, which allows for further adjustment of the idle speed without affecting the composition of the air-fuel mixture. This eliminates the adverse effect on the composition of the exhaust gases at idle speed. At the same time, it significantly simplifies the adjustment of the idle speed. The clearances of the starting and throttle valves are set at the factory; additional adjustment is not required. When replacing the carburetor cover assembly or the throttle part, it is necessary to adjust the clearance of the throttle, starting valves and the fast idle speed. The carburetor consists of three main parts: the throttle part, the body and the cover.
