Removal

Remove the cylinder head and place it on two wooden blocks, see item 6.7.
Remove the rocker arms, stops and valve clearance compensators, see item 6.7.
Remove the intake manifold and exhaust manifold.

Mark the valves before removing them.
Note: If you want to use the parts again, you must install them exactly in the same position. To avoid confusion, we recommend laying out all the parts on a previously prepared board.

Remove the valves using a suitable valve removal tool. To do this, squeeze the valve removal tool and pull out the valve crackers. Remove the valve. If you do not have such a tool, you can squeeze the spring using two screwdrivers. To prevent the valve from falling down, place a suitable rag in the combustion chamber of the cylinder head.

Using a screwdriver, lift up the valve stem oil cap.
Remove the valve pivot support from the exhaust valve and the table washer from the intake valve.
Installation
Before installing the valves, they should be ground and the valve seat in the cylinder head should be finished, (milling is possible).
Grind the valves, see paragraph 1.16.
Before installing the valves, it is necessary to check the valve guides in any case, see paragraph 1.15.

Before installing the valves, lubricate the valve stems with engine oil.
Insert the valves into the cylinder head guide bushings. Make sure that the old valves are installed back in their original place. Do not mix up the inlet and outlet valves.

Install the swivel support on the outlet valve. Use new valve stem caps.

Caution: Use only new valve stem seals. Always install the seals using the mounting sleeve (included in the kit). Cut the mounting sleeve to the required length and install the valve cap.
Install the spring and valve plate.

Using a suitable tool or two screwdrivers, compress the valve spring and install the crackers.
Release the valve spring.

Install hydraulic valve clearance compensators and stops.
When installing the stops, make sure that the rounding is on the rounding (see arrow).

Install the levers. The sliding surfaces should be lubricated with MOS ₂ paste.
Screw the pipe and manifold with new gaskets to the cylinder head.
Install the cylinder head, see item 6.7.
