The cable actuates the starting damper. What is new in the design is that. that a bimetallic spring is placed on the air damper roller, which reacts to the ambient temperature, adjusting the moment of closing the air damper. This means that the damper closes more at low temperatures. At temperatures above +17°C, even with the start cable fully extended, the damper is slightly ajar.
Clamp the sleeve of the start cable so that it protrudes 15 mm.
Insert the cable into the clamping roller of the throttle lever.
Clamp a 4 mm drill as shown in fig.
Attach the cable to the clamping roller.
Take out the drill.
Drown the exhaust button for controlling the damper and make sure that the fully recessed button springs by 0.5-1.5 mm.
Check for play between the bent washer and sliding shoe and cable tension. Otherwise, repeat the adjustment.
