Replacement of primary pipeline
1. Remove the brake system expansion tank.
2. Unscrew the two connections (1) of the brake pipes. Close the terminals of the master brake cylinder with caps, and plug the brake pipes with plugs to prevent the brake fluid from leaking out and atmospheric moisture from getting into it.
Note: Tightening torque for brake pipe connections: 18 Nm.
3. Remove the modulator valve primary line (2).
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
5. After installation, bleed the brake system.
Replacement of secondary pipeline
1. Remove the brake system expansion tank.
2. Unscrew the two connections (1) of the brake pipes. Close the terminals of the master brake cylinder with caps, and plug the brake pipes with plugs to prevent the brake fluid from leaking out and atmospheric moisture from getting into it.
Note: Tightening torque for brake pipe connections: 18 Nm.
3. Remove the secondary modulator valve line (2).
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
