Primary piping replacement
1. Remove the expansion tank of the brake system.
2. Unscrew two connections (1) brake pipelines. Close the outlets of the master brake cylinder with caps, and plug the brake lines with plugs to prevent leakage of the brake fluid and the ingress of atmospheric moisture into it.
Note. Tightening torque for brake line connections: 18 Nm.
3. Remove the modulator valve primary tubing (2).
4. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
5. After installation, bleed the brake system.
Secondary piping replacement
1. Remove the expansion tank of the brake system.
2. Unscrew two connections (1) brake pipelines. Close the outlets of the master brake cylinder with caps, and plug the brake lines with plugs to prevent leakage of the brake fluid and the ingress of atmospheric moisture into it.
Note. Tightening torque for brake line connections: 18 Nm.
3. Remove the modulator valve secondary piping (2).
4. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
5. After installation, bleed the brake system.
