Attention. Support the brake caliper with strong wire or the like to prevent the brake hose from being loaded by the weight of the caliper, as this could damage the brake hose and cause brake fluid leaks.
1. Raise and secure the vehicle.
2. Remove the front wheel from the vehicle.
3. Unscrew the brake caliper mounting bolts and hang it on a strong wire without disconnecting it from the brake hose.
4. Remove two screws (1) fastening the caliper bracket to the steering knuckle.
Note.
- Replace the caliper bracket mounting bolts with new ones after each removal.
- Tightening torque: 150 Nm + 45°+ 15°.
5. Remove the caliper bracket (2).
6. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
