Note. Replace bolts with new ones after each removal. Tightening torque: 150 Nm + 45°+ 15°.
Attention. Do not press the brake pedal with the caliper removed from the brake disc to prevent damage to the elements of the brake system.
4. Without disconnecting the brake hose, turn the brake caliper assembly with the caliper (2) up and secure with strong wire or something similar.
Note. Do not disconnect the brake hose from the caliper.
5. Mark the relative position of the brake disc and wheel hub, then unscrew the bolt (3) brake disc mounting.
Note. Tightening torque: 7 Nm.
6. Remove the front brake disc (4).
Attention. Each time the brake disc is removed from the wheel hub flange, remove rust or foreign matter from the contact surfaces of the disc and flange using cleaning kit CH 42450. Failure to do so may cause increased brake disc runout and brake pulsation.
7. Clean the contact surfaces of the wheel hub flange and the brake disc from rust and dirt.
8. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
