Replacing the low beam bulb (Opel Corsa C)

Removal


Remove the low beam bulb.

Remove the protective cap (arrow).

Press the bulb down on the wiring harness connector3.

Remove the incandescent light bulb.

Disconnect the wire harness connector 2.

Installation



Install the low beam incandescent bulb.

Connect the wire harness connector.

Insert the bulb into the wiring harness connector.

Note: Please pay attention to the correct installation position.


Install the protective cap.

Insert the protective cap and secure it.

Replacing the xenon headlight bulb

Removal



Remove the headlights.

Warning! Do not touch the xenon low beam elements when the low beam is on. Turn off the ignition and light switch. The central connector of the headlight wiring harness must be disconnected.


Remove the xenon headlight ignition module.

Unlock and remove the protective cap of the xenon headlight.

Unscrew the xenon lamp control unit 1.

Remove the xenon lamp 3x, unscrew the screw from the retaining ring 1.



Remove the retaining ring.

Remove the xenon lamp 2.

Installation



Install a xenon lamp.

Note: Please pay attention to the coding.


Insert the retaining ring, tighten the retaining ring screw.

Install the xenon headlight ignition module.

Connect the xenon lamp control unit and secure it.

Install the protective cap of the xenon lamp.

Adjust the headlights.

Check the operation of the lamps.
