Replacing the high beam/parking light bulb (xenon headlight) (Opel Corsa C)

Warning! Do not touch the xenon low beam elements when the low beam is on. Turn off the ignition and light switch. The central connector of the headlight wiring harness must be disconnected.

Removal

Remove the headlights.

Remove the protective cap 1 of the high beam/parking light.

Remove the high beam bulb, disconnect the harness connector 3 from the power supply.

Unlock and open the fastening bracket 2.

Remove the incandescent lamp 5.

Remove the parking light bulb.

Unlock socket 4 and remove it with the incandescent lamp.

Remove the incandescent light bulb from the socket.

Installation

Install the parking light bulb.

Insert the incandescent light bulb into the socket.



Insert the socket with the incandescent lamp.

Install the high beam bulb.

Insert the incandescent light bulb.

Secure the mounting bracket, connect the wiring harness connector.

Insert the high beam/parking light protective cap

Install the headlights.

Adjust the headlights.
