Removal



Remove the hood.

When replacing the hinge: remove the water repellent.

Remove the body electronic control module relay box cover.

Installation



Installation


When replacing the hood cover, install insulation.

Fit the hood to the wing.

The gap adjustment 3 is performed at screwing points 1, and the height adjustment is performed at screwing points 2.

1 – Bonnet mounting points.

2 – Bonnet hinge screwing points.

Flatten the end of the rivet using pliers 2.

Adjust the locking.

Installation dimension (X) = 40–45 mm.

Lock the round nut in the following sequence: 5 round nut, 6 coil spring, 7 washer, 8 guide pin.



The tightening torque of the round nut and guide pin is 22 Nm.

Note: Lubricate the guide pin.

Removing and installing the front door

Removal



Disconnect the wiring harness connector.

Remove the door.

Remove the door stop tape mounting screw.

Remove the door hinge clamp bushings.

Note: Use high pressure grease to lubricate the clamping sleeves (part number 90 510 336 / Catalog number 19 48 606).


Installation



Install the door.

Adjust the front door if necessary.

Adjust the front door if necessary.
