Removal and installation the front door interior trim (Opel Corsa C)

Removal

Remove the rearview mirror frame.

Remove the front door window regulator gap strip from the inside.

Remove the inner handle frame.

Remove the window regulator control.

Note: For manual window, use KM-317-B to remove the window handle.

Remove and take out the front door inner trim.

Note: Use KM-569-A to press out mounting plugs.

Unscrew the 6 mounting screws (arrows).

Release the 3 clamps.

Installation

Install the front door interior trim.

Note: The service department always supplies the front door inner trim for the version of the cars with a side airbag. If the car does not have a side airbag, the foam part at the top must be removed.

Position and secure the front door interior trim in place with the clamps. Secure 3 clamps.

Tighten the 6 mounting screws (arrows).

Install the window regulator control.

Install the inner handle frame.

Install the window regulator slot strip inside.

Install the rearview mirror frame.
