Note: For vehicles without central locking, the work step of releasing and tightening the central locking wiring harness connector is eliminated.
Removal
Remove the front door interior trim.
Partially peel off the water-repellent film.
Loosen and remove the central locking wiring harness connector.
Remove the lock, unscrew the 3 mounting screws (arrows).
Remove the handle housing.
Remove the linkage: Bowden cable of the front door inner handle 1, Bowden cable of the door lock stopper button 2.
Installation
Install the lock.
Attach the linkage: Bowden cable of the front door inner handle, Bowden cable of the door lock stopper button.
Assemble the handle body.
Connect the central locking wiring harness connector.
Apply water-repellent film.
Install the front door interior trim.
