Unlocking/locking doors
When unlocking/locking the driver's door (see Section 3) the automatic activation of the locking actuators of all other doors of the car occurs (including tailgate) and the fuel tank filler cap.
To lock and then unlock the doors from the inside, use the driver's door push-button latch (see Section 3).
Note: When the driver's door is open, the single lock does not lock the vehicle.
The driver's door locks, which are locked with a push-button latch, are automatically unlocked in the event of an accident of a certain severity (to provide assistance from outside).
Note: The ignition must be on.
Control of electric windows and sunroof from outside (with appropriate equipment)
On some models, the power windows and sunroof can be closed from the outside. The power windows and sunroof are controlled by a key inserted into the driver's door lock. When the key is held in the lock position, the door windows will rise and the sunroof will close.
