Removal and installation headlights (Opel Corsa B)

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove the front bumper cover (see Chapter Body).

When removing only one headlight, you can release the fastener of the bumper cover only from the corresponding side, and then bend the cover back if necessary.

3. Unscrew the headlight mounting bolts (arrows). In the accompanying illustration models shown CORSA and COMBO. On the model Tigra you should do the same, taking into account that the central bolt is located slightly higher.

4. On models Combo and Corsa pull the headlight forward

5. On the model Tigra unscrew the lower headlight mounting bolt and pull the headlight forward.

6. Disconnect the connectors from the headlight and parking light (tigra model), direction indicator and electric motor for adjusting the beam range.



7. Remove the headlight range adjustment motor.

8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

9. Finally, check the headlight adjustment.
