Removal and installation headlights (Opel Kadett D)

Removal

Disconnect the connecting cable from the ground terminal -31- and from the terminal of the parking light bulb -58-.

Disconnect the multi-pin plug from the high and low beam bulb.

Remove the protective cap from the reflector.



Remove the turn signal lamp housing by turning it accordingly.

Press the turn signal lamp holders in the direction out of the engine compartment and remove the turn signal lamp.

For round headlights, remove the protective rings forward.



Unscrew the headlight mounting screws from the engine compartment.



Unscrew the headlight mounting screws behind the turn signal lamp. Remove the headlight from the body.

Installation

Install the headlight and secure it with three screws.

Install the turn signal lamp, secure the turn signal lamp holder by turning it accordingly.

Screw protective rings onto the front of round shapes.

Install the protective cap for the reflector. Connect the multi-pin plug to the headlight bulb.

Connect the connecting cable to the ground terminal -31- and to the terminal of the parking light bulb -58-.

Adjust the handicap.
