Note. In this subsection, the replacement is described using the rear left wheel hub as an example, the right wheel hub is replaced in the same way.
1. Brake the vehicle with the parking brake and set the wheel chocks («shoes») under the wheels. Loosen the wheel nuts on the side of the hub being removed. Raise the rear of the car with a jack and place it on a support. Remove the wheel and lower the parking brake lever all the way down (the car is disinhibited).
2. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the brake caliper (see Replacing the rear parking brake cables).
3. Disconnect the caliper from the shoe guide (see Rear wheel brake caliper replacement) and take it aside without disconnecting the brake hose.
4. Tie the caliper, for example, with a wire, to the rear suspension spring, without pulling or twisting the brake hose.
5. Remove the shoe guide (see Rear wheel brake caliper replacement).
6. Remove the brake disc (see Replacing the brake disc of the rear wheel brake mechanism).
7. Turn out four bolts of fastening of a nave to a fist of a beam of the back bridge..
8.... remove the bolts..
9.... and remove the hub together with the brake shield..
10.... and a caliper mounting bracket.
Note. The rear wheel hub is non-separable. If its bearing fails, the hub is replaced as an assembly.
11. Establish all removed details in sequence, return to removal.
