Removal and installation the circulation flap housing (Astra models with air conditioning) (Opel Astra H)

1. Remove the fairing grille (see Chapter 11).

2. Unscrew the 4 mounting bolts and remove the grille (see accompanying illustration) circulation damper housing, then unscrew 1 more fastening screw.



3. Remove the fan motor (see Section 13).

4. Disconnect the wiring connector of the circulation flap electric motor (see accompanying illustration), unscrew the 2 mounting bolts and remove the damper housing.



5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
