Main storage compartment

The main storage compartment is located on the right side of the instrument panel and is equipped with a hinged lid (see Section 6). If equipped accordingly, the volume of the main storage compartment is divided by a removable shelf. The shelf can be removed if necessary by pulling it out by the front edge. To install the shelf, insert it into the side guides and fix it by pressing it against the rear wall.

The front of the open lid has a pencil holder and a compartment for storing coins (only when parking the car).

On models with the corresponding configuration (equipped with air conditioning) the main storage compartment has a cooling function. Cooled air comes through a nozzle (see illustration 17.28) located on the side wall of the box. If there is no need to cool the front glove box, move the nozzle forward.

Storage compartment in the front armrest

If equipped, a storage compartment is built into the front seat armrest (see illustration 17.29). To open the drawer, press the button on the front end of the armrest and lift the lid. When closing, make sure that the lid is securely fixed.

Pockets

Door pockets are designed to store small items and objects that need to be at hand during the trip.

Attention: Do not overload the pockets, do not put excessively heavy objects in them!

Some versions may be equipped with two additional soft pockets in the upholstery on the rear side of the front seat backs or mesh pockets - these pockets should not be used to store hard objects.

Glasses case

If equipped, the glasses case is located on the overhead console on the left above the driver's door (see illustration 17.30).
