- At the next replacement of impellent oil, when the car is raised above the ground;
- With a noticeable change in the nature of the noise emitted by the exhaust system;
- After emergencies in which parts located under the bottom of the car could be damaged.
In enclosed spaces with poor ventilation, such as a garage, the CO concentration can quickly increase to a dangerous level - never leave the engine running with the garage door closed.
Note: Do not leave the engine running for a long time even with the gate open.
Immediately after starting the engine, drive the car out of the garage and continue warming up the engine outside.
When driving with the tailgate open, exhaust gases can enter the passenger compartment, creating a dangerous situation. If a situation arises when it is not possible to close the door tightly, all windows should be fully opened and the interior ventilation system turned on to maximum performance.
When inside a vehicle with the engine idling (even outdoors), do the following (see Section 18):
- Turn on the interior ventilation system in fresh air mode;
- Turn on the heater fan at maximum speed;
- Set the appropriate controller to a comfortable level of air temperature.
