General information

Some cars are equipped with a roller instead of a spare wheel. If a spare wheel is placed in the compartment, the spacer must be removed.

On vehicles with alloy wheels, the spare wheel may have a stamped steel disc.

Pay attention to the size of the spare tire. Repair the defective wheel immediately. Repair the wheel before installing it on the car.

On Astra vehicles with 205/R16 tires: The spare tire is 195/60R15 and has a steel rim. A damaged tire should therefore be repaired immediately (or find a replacement for it).
