Removing
1. Remove the gearbox and clutch.
2. Secure the flywheel against turning by placing a lock on the flywheel ring gear.
3. Place an alignment mark on the crankshaft and flywheel.
4. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.
Examination
Check the flywheel for wear on the clutch side and the condition of the flywheel teeth.
Installation
Warning! When installing the flywheel, new bolts must be used.
1. Clean mating surfaces of flywheel and crankshaft.
2. Install the flywheel in accordance with the previously made marks and screw in the new flywheel mounting bolts.
3. Secure the flywheel against turning and tighten the flywheel mounting bolts in several steps.
4. Install the clutch and gearbox.
