Removal
Using a wide spatula, lift the mirror glass and push it away from the ball joint. To avoid damaging the glass, place a rag or piece of cardboard underneath.
For the heated mirror: disconnect the connector.
Installation
For the electrically heated mirror: connect the connector.
Insert the mirror glass into the ball joint or put it on three ball heads (see arrows in fig.D1053). The glass should snap into place.
