Plug cover
The corresponding location of the plugs is on the relay cover for the pre-heating system.
Removal
1. Remove the cover from the electronics module near the battery.
2. Press the holder latches with a screwdriver and remove the pre-glow relay.
3. Check the 80A strip fuse near the connector plug, replace if faulty.
4. Find the causes of overload in advance and eliminate them.
5. Unscrew the thick positive cable from the relay housing.
6. Connect the battery and check the voltage between terminal 15 and ground.
7. Turn on the ignition. The LED in the voltage monitor should light up, otherwise check the voltage transmission in the ignition switch.
8. If the LED lights up, check if the wiring to the glow plugs is burnt out, replace if necessary.
9. Otherwise, replace the relay.
10. Install the control unit cover.
