Type plate
The type plate is installed on the frame of the right front door.
Technical data are defined according to EU standards. The data provided in the vehicle registration document always takes precedence over the data in the operating instructions.
In another version, the type plate is installed on the right shock absorber cap in the engine compartment.
Data on the type plate: 1 – manufacturer; 2 – permit number; 3 – vehicle identification number; 4 – permissible total weight; 5 – permissible total trailer weight; 6 – maximum permissible load on the front axle; 7 – maximum permissible load on the rear axle; 8 – vehicle specific or country specific data
Vehicle identification data
The vehicle identification number is stamped on the type plate and on the floor of the vehicle on the right side under the cover between the front door and the seat.
On other models, the vehicle identification number may also be located on the instrument cluster.
Engine number
The engine designation and number are stamped on the left side of the engine, on the crankcase.
