When installing high-power transmitting and receiving radio devices (such as a landline car telephone or a CB radio) in a vehicle, all recommendations set out in the instructions supplied with the equipment must be followed.
Before installing the equipment, consult about the possibility of using these devices in your car. Note: It is not advisable to install devices with a signal transmission power of more than 10 W in the car. The authors of this Manual recommend entrusting the installation and configuration of any additional equipment to specialists from Opel service centers. There you can also choose various consoles and mounting kits that best suit a specific car model.
Attention: To avoid adverse effects on the fuel injection system and other electronic equipment of the vehicle, the use of mobile phones and radio equipment without an external antenna in the vehicle interior is prohibited!
