All the vehicle's control devices are combined into a cluster of devices. It includes an electronic speedometer and tachometer, an electromagnetic fuel gauge, a coolant temperature gauge, control and signal lamps, a display that shows the mileage counter and the position of the automatic transmission selector lever (see Fig. Instrument cluster). The instrument cluster is secured in the instrument panel socket with two screws.
The instrument cluster is not repairable, so if the instruments fail, it is replaced as a whole.
Useful tips
To avoid damaging the instrument cluster glass, do not clean it with any solvents. You can wash the glass with a mild soap solution or a special glass cleaner.
When cleaning the glass, try not to touch the trip meter reset button, as it may break.
