1. Remove both halves of the interior mirror bracket trim, overcoming the elastic resistance of their clips.
2. Remove the mirror mounting screw…
3. …and remove the mirror.

4. Install the interior mirror in the reverse order of removal.
Note: The interior rearview mirror mounting bracket is glued to the glass with a special adhesive. If for any reason it comes off the glass, it can be glued back in place (see Replacement of fixed body glazing).
