You will need a 15 mm wrench.

1. Grasp the front edge of the pillow…

2. …lift the cushion, move it forward, removing its fasteners from the front…

3. …and side openings in the base of the body on both sides of the cushion…

4. …and remove the pillow from the car interior.

5. Unlock the locks on both sides of the backrest by sliding their handles forward and move the backrest forward slightly, without folding it back completely.

6. Remove the decorative covers of the outer hinges from both sides of the backrest.

7. Unscrew the three nuts securing the central hinge of the backrest.

8. Lift the lower edges of the backrest and remove the outer hinges from the sockets on the body.

9. Remove the central hinge from the studs on the base of the body and remove the backrest from the car interior.
10. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. Apply anaerobic thread locker to the rear seatback mounting nuts before installation.
