Remove the two nuts and the sensor cover from the front of the gearbox.
Disconnect the sensor plug.
Loosen the sensor screws and remove it from the gearbox. Fluid leakage may occur, so seal the hole to prevent contamination and fluid loss. Remove the sealing ring.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, using a new sealing ring. Then check the fluid level and, if necessary, top it up.
