1. The temperature gauge sensor is located on the thermostat housing. Allow the engine to cool before removing the unit.
2. Remove the filler cap from the radiator or expansion tank to relieve pressure, then reinstall the cap to reduce coolant loss.
3. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the clamp on the sensor.
4. Unscrew and remove the sensor, temporarily plug the hole with a suitable rubber plug.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Add cooling system if necessary.
