Front section
Raise the vehicle and secure it on stands under the bridge.
Remove the two bolts and detach the front section from the flexible connection. Remove the O-ring and springs.
Turn away bolts of forward final section on the arm located on the block of cylinders.
Turn away bolts of fastening of a reception pipe to a final collector and pull out forward section.
Remove the gasket located between the exhaust pipe and the manifold, and where required, remove the springs from the bolts.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Install a new gasket when connecting the downpipe to the manifold and a new o-ring for the flexible connection.
Anterior expansion cavity
The order of work is the same. as indicated in the first two paragraphs of the previous subsection "front section".
Remove bolts (nuts) and disconnect the front section of the expansion chamber from the central exhaust system. Remove O-ring and gasket where required or springs.
Pull the section out from under the car.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, however, new o-rings and gaskets must be used.
Central section
Raise the vehicle and secure it on stands under the bridge.
Loosen the clamping bolt and disconnect the center section of the system from the rear. If it is needed. Tap around the joint with a hammer to loosen the gasket and carefully pry both sections apart. Remember that the end of the center section goes inside the back section and forms a collar joint.
Turn away bolts (nuts) and disconnect the center section of the exhaust system from the front section of the expansion cavity. Remove the O-ring/gasket, or springs.
Remove the central section of the system from the mounting rubber pads on the lower part of the body and take it out from under the car.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. It is necessary to install a new O-ring when connecting the flexible joint and lubricate the pipes with special exhaust pipe paste when connecting the center section to the rear.
Rear section
The order of operation is as indicated in the first two paragraphs of the previous subsection.
Remove the rear section from the rubber mounting shims on the underbody and lift it out from under the vehicle.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, however, it is necessary to lubricate the pipes with a special paste for the exhaust system when connecting the rear section to the center.
