Note. The replacement of the exhaust track is described below in the most general case. For some vehicle modifications, the procedure may vary slightly due to design features.
1. Raise and secure the vehicle.
2. Remove cardan shaft.
3. Install the mounting sleeve (1) on the elastic part of the exhaust pipe.
Attention. To prevent internal damage to the elastic link of the catalytic converter, the converter must be supported. The vertical movement at the rear of the catalytic converter must not exceed 6 up or down.
Note.
- Exhaust system mounting clips must be replaced whenever they are found to be loose. When replacing the exhaust system, the fastening sleeve must only be removed after installation, just before starting the engine. The mounting sleeve must also be used for other operations in which the exhaust system must be removed to protect the flexible connection.
- Refer to the enclosed instructions for the mounting sleeve installation procedure.
4. Unscrew the nuts securing the front exhaust pipe (1) to the catalytic converter.
5. With the help of an assistant, lower the exhaust tract from the vehicle.
6. Remove the front exhaust pipe from the bracket.
7. Remove the exhaust tract (1) with brackets in five places (2).
8. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
