Removal the exhaust manifold on the right side



1. Loosen the seven bolts (1) securing the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.

1. Loosen the seven bolts (1) securing the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.


2. Remove the right exhaust manifold (2).

3. Remove the gasket (3) of the right exhaust manifold.

4. Clean all contact surfaces.

Installing the exhaust manifold on the right side



1. Install a new right exhaust manifold gasket.

2. Install the right exhaust manifold.

3. Install the seven exhaust manifold mounting bolts and tighten to 25 Nm.

Removal the exhaust manifold on the left side



1. Loosen the seven bolts (1) securing the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.

2. Remove the right exhaust manifold (2).



3. Remove the gasket (3) of the right exhaust manifold.

4. Clean all contact surfaces.

Installing the exhaust manifold on the left side



1. Install a new right exhaust manifold gasket.

2. Install the right exhaust manifold.

3. Install the seven exhaust manifold mounting bolts and tighten to 25 Nm.
