Windscreen wiper arms — removal and installation (Opel Astra F)

The wiper motor must be installed in the park position. Before removing the arm, mark the position of its edge on the glass with adhesive tape to simplify installation.

Lift the cover, remove the nut and washer securing the lever to the spindle (fig. 12.32).



Remove the lever from the spindle with a screwdriver if necessary, being careful not to damage the trim and painted surfaces.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
