It does not matter whether the ignition or headlights are on or not, the bulbs and the high beam indicator light always flash when you pull the turn signal lever toward the steering wheel. If the light signal does not work, although the headlights are on when the lighting is on, then:
Remove the steering column trim, see chapter "Salon".
Check with a test lamp if there is voltage on the red wire of terminal 30 to the lever switch element.
If yes, then the defect is in the light signal contact. Replace the entire switch element.
