Radiator — removal and installation (Opel Omega B)

Removal

1. Remove the upper engine cover and air intake pipe.



2. Release the cable ties (1) at the radiator for the coolant hose to the expansion tank.

3. Remove the fan with viscous coupling.

4. Release the hose from the holder on the air diffuser.

5. Release the air diffuser by turning it and pull it out upward.

Installation

1. Route the coolant hose to the expansion tank in the cable harness.

2. Install the air diffuser and secure it by turning it.

3. Connect the coolant hose to the air diffuser.

4. Install a fan with a viscous coupling.

5. Install the top engine cover and air intake pipe.
